There are always reasons clients give for not sticking to their exercise goals. Some of them are not even true! However, research shows that their perceptions of why they do not stick to exercise may be just as important as the truth.

Based on original and existing research, this webinar with Rick Richey explores the stories clients tell themselves for exercise non-compliance and how to retrain their BLAME. We will review the research and then workshop a four-part process shown to increase exercise motivation and adherence.
