Lisa is a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach with two decades of experience. She holds specialty certifications to work with those with medical conditions, post surgical/rehab, and pre & postpartum fitness. Lisa’s passion for helping others led her to create the MedFit Network in 2013 and the MedFit Education Foundation in 2017.

Director of Education

Tony has served as a certified personal trainer, as a single-site and regional manager, and as a Corporate-level Director of Education. Tony has spent many years focused on education and programming, and has overseen thousands of certifications and trainings.
